In August 2024, Priyanka Chopra returned to India for the engagement of her brother, Siddharth Chopra. Their mother, Madhu Chopra, has recently disclosed some insights about Siddharth. She referred to him as a byproduct of Priyanka’s success and shared that he essentially raised himself.
During a chat with Rodrigo Canelas on the Something Bigger Show, Madhu Chopra mentioned that after her daughter Priyanka Chopra started acting, they both often traveled together for shoots. She went on to discuss how this affected her son Siddharth Chopra’s life by saying, “Siddharth unintentionally experienced the fallout from all of Priyanka’s achievements.
In simpler terms, the doctor explained that Siddharth was engrossed in his work, leaving Priyanka to manage alone. As Chopra put it, “Siddharth essentially grew up on his own during those times.” She added that their son was still a teenager at that point, and the conversation brought forth some deeply personal experiences she had to face.
As a lifestyle expert, I’d put it this way: When someone recently asked about my son, I shared that he’s still putting in the daily grind. I find solace in faith and always take time to appreciate the blessings life has bestowed upon me. I’m incredibly fortunate to have not one but two remarkable children who shower me with love and care. And truth be told, I couldn’t ask for anything more.
Currently, Priyanka has finished shooting for Citadel Season 2. At present, she’s in London alongside her spouse Nick Jonas and their child, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas. The family also celebrated Thanksgiving together on November 28, 2024.
