Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have a strong bond that extends to their respective families, which is evident during their get-togethers. In a heartfelt gesture, Priyanka’s mom, Madhu Chopra, expressed her affection for her daughter’s husband. She reminisced about the time when Nick sang for her and emphasized that age difference is inconsequential in comparison to the union of hearts.
During an interview with Lehren Retro, Madhu Chopra expressed her affection for Nick Jonas, stating that she truly admires him.
When asked about her feelings as Priyanka Chopra’s relationship with Nick became more serious, Madhu Chopra admitted she didn’t know him well since they hadn’t met prior. However, after their initial encounter, they had lengthy and pleasant chats. She disclosed that Nick even serenaded her by singing a beautiful song he had composed specifically for Priyanka, which he would frequently perform afterwards.
Praising her son-in-law, Chopra said that he was very confident and comfortable in his skin.
When inquired about any issue related to the age gap between Priyanka and Nick, Madhu Chopra expressed that she never perceived it as an issue. She revealed that she has a friend who is 15 years senior to her husband, and they have been contentedly married for approximately 35 years.

In February 2025, it was a joyous occasion for the Chopra family as Priyanka Chopra’s brother Siddharth Chopra got married to Neelam Upadhyaya. The actress from Dil Dhadakne Do, along with her husband Nick Jonas and their daughter Malti Marie, were part of the celebrations. Nick’s parents were also present at this happy event.
