Priyanka Chopra’s The Bluff wrap-up party has a Salman Khan connection; 10/10 if you can guess it right; WATCH

As a lifestyle expert with a profound appreciation for Bollywood royalty, I must say that Priyanka Chopra continues to reign supreme as the epitome of a modern-day desi girl. Her recent Instagram stories exude an infectious energy, reminding us all of her deep-rooted love for the film industry and its iconic tracks.

In response to being labeled as the “desi girl,” Priyanka Chopra has consistently demonstrated every aspect of that identity. There’s no one more fitting for the title of a Bollywood diva than PeeCee. After captivating audiences with her Indian films for much of her life, Priyanka now prioritizes time to celebrate and connect with her cultural heritage.

On August 3rd, the actress who’s been busy filming for her upcoming project The Bluff shared on Instagram that the shooting had wrapped up. However, Priyanka Chopra and her mother Dr Madhu Chopra arrived late to an event, causing a slight delay. Despite this, the star of Barsaat appeared unfazed, enjoying herself immensely with a dash of fun alongside Salman Khan.

In the beginning of the narrative, it was a mystery what tune Priyanka Chopra was dancing to while driving towards the party location. She expressed, “This is the track for those tardy to our wrap-up gathering, or perhaps not attending at all. Can anyone identify?” It’s worth noting that her mother could be seen waving in the selfie video captured by Priyanka herself.

Subsequently, another tale unfolded, with Lata Mangeshkar and S. P. Balasubrahmanyam’s hit song “Aaja Shaam Hone Aayee” playing softly in the backdrop. This melodious tune was prominently showcased in the movie Maine Pyar Kiya, starring Salman Khan. Priyanka casually referenced this film as a hashtag, #90sbaby, reflecting its ’90s origin.

Sooraj Barjatya’s Maine Pyar Kiya marked the acting debut of Bhagyashree, who starred alongside Alok Nath, Mohnish Bahl, Reema Lagoo, Rajeev Verma, Ajit Vachani, and Laxmikant Berde in supporting roles. This popular Bollywood film was a massive commercial success and held the title of highest-grossing Bollywood movie of 1989.

As a devoted fan, I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra share the screen on numerous occasions, most notably in movies like “Mujhse Shaadi Karogi”, “Salaam-E-Ishq”, and “God Tussi Great Ho”. Moving forward to Priyanka’s highly anticipated film, “The Bluff”, it is an American swashbuckler drama co-written by Frank E. Flowers and Joe Ballarini, with the latter also directing. Alongside Priyanka, this production boasts a stellar cast including Karl Urban, Ismael Cruz Córdova, Safia Oakley-Green, Vedanten Naidoo, and several others.
