Rare 2010 Porsche 911 Sport Classic Surfaces for Auction

As a gaming enthusiast, I’m thrilled about the upcoming auction at RM Sotheby’s. It’s not every day you get to bid on a rare 2010 Porsche 911 Sport Classic, inspired by the iconic 1973 Carrera 2.7 RS! Only 250 of these beauties were produced globally, and I’m eyeing number 108. This masterpiece is expected to sell for a whopping $465,000 USD – quite the investment, but worth it for such a legendary ride!

This model is finished in an exclusive Sport Classic Grey exterior, boasting iconic retro design elements such as the distinctive ducktail rear wing, Fuchs-inspired alloy wheels, and racing stripes. Beneath its classic appearance, it houses a naturally aspirated 3.8L flat-six engine that generates 408 horsepower, which is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission. The interior showcases luxurious Espresso leather upholstery complemented by houndstooth-pattern fabric inserts on the seats and door cards.

First presented at Autocentri Balduin in Rome on May 23, 2010, this Porsche 911 Sport Classic was later added to The Curated Collection. Its maintenance history is impeccable, with a recent service performed at Kronos in Belgium in May 2022. Currently, it has traveled just 4,005 kilometers and remains in pristine condition. Completing the package is its owner’s manuals neatly stored within an Espresso leather pouch to match.

The auction for this unique 911 will commence on February 4, during the forthcoming Paris event hosted by RM Sotheby’s.
