In the heart of Chinatown, Nightpiercer, a notorious arcane outlaw, resurfaces yet again in the city of Los Angeles. Liang Yue, an officer from the Vigiles Bureau, is tasked with joining forces with the Division of Arcane Affairs to finally apprehend Nightpiercer and bring an end to their reign of chaos.

Liang Yue will temporarily join the “Moonbeam Guardian” Dushuo Limited Banner, along with a complimentary outfit for the popular character, Windsong, available to all players.
