As a gaming enthusiast here, I’m excited to share that I’ll be having a chat with Riley Keough and her creative partner Gina Gammell in an upcoming “Through Her Lens” session, as announced by the Tribeca Festival and Chanel. Can’t wait!
As a gamer, I’m excited to share that I, Keough (Elvis and Priscilla Presley’s granddaughter), will be joining director Gammell for a chat about our new limited series, “In Process,” at Metrograph during the Tribeca Festival on June 6. This engaging discussion, moderated by the talented Margaret Zhang, will delve into the creative process behind the series. We’ll show exclusive clips from the series that provide insights into female creativity and the artistic journey. The series was filmed at Graceland, and I have the privilege of being one of its main subjects for part of it. Can’t wait to share our creative journey with you!
Established in 2015, Through Her Lens: The Tribeca Chanel Women’s Filmmaker Program offers continuous guidance and mentoring to up-and-coming filmmakers, nurturing the upcoming wave of innovative storytellers in the cinematic world.
Jane Rosenthal, co-founder and CEO of Tribeca, stated, “Riley and Gina truly embody the essence of ‘Through Her Lens’ – they are taking control of the camera and ensuring they don’t lag behind. Mentorship isn’t just about giving guidance; it involves demonstrating what can be achieved and clearing a path for the future. This is the heart of Tribeca’s and Chanel’s joint endeavor to bring about lasting change in our industry.
