As a seasoned gamer who’s seen more album drops than I can count, I must say Roddy Ricch has a knack for keeping his fans on their toes. Just when we thought he was taking a break, he surprises us with concrete details about “The Navy Album.” With two successful end-of-the-year albums already under his belt, it’s clear that December is his month!
Roddy Ricch shared a glimpse of new music for the first time since “Feed Tha Streets III” in May, with the release of “Survivor’s Remorse.” This marked his highly anticipated return to the spotlight. He continued with another track, “911,” in June, but then took a break. Recently, the rapper has resurfaced with specific updates regarding his full-length comeback: The Navy Album.
Set for release on December 6th, “The Navy Album” marks a tradition of late-year album releases by Ricch. He first released his critically acclaimed debut album “Please Excuse Me For Being Antisocial” on December 6, 2019, and then followed with “Live Life Fast” on December 17, 2021.
Rick concealed the majority of the details regarding the album, choosing to unveil the message through X. For now, he’s keeping other aspects under cover. However, it’s anticipated that “Survivor’s Remorse” and “911” will be included in the playlist at some point.
