As a seasoned gamer with a penchant for both virtual and real-life aesthetics, this Root Atelier x Brabus collaboration has caught my attention like a high-performance sports car on a winding road! The fusion of automotive legacy with streetwear style is a combination I never knew I needed but am now utterly captivated by.
For the very first time, Root Atelier has teamed up with the famous car brand Brabus on a fashion project, signifying Brabus’ entry into the world of fashion. This special collection boasts 12 one-of-a-kind items such as t-shirts, hoodies, long sleeves, and sweaters. Each item combines Root Atelier’s distinctive aesthetic — vintage washes, contemporary silhouettes, and vibrant graphics — with Brabus’s automotive heritage.
The design of this collection is influenced by Brabus’s rich history, taking cues from old advertisements, photo shoots featuring their Mercedes SL customizations, and the renowned Monoblock alloy wheels they’re known for. Each item was carefully created in close partnership with Constantin Buschmann, CEO of Brabus, ensuring a precise focus on detail and quality workmanship.
Established back in 1977 by Bodo Buschmann, Brabus is renowned as a pioneer in the realm of luxury car enhancement, focusing predominantly on tuning Mercedes-Benz models. Recognized for its groundbreaking designs and top-tier performance vehicles, the Brabus brand is associated with precision and personalization within the automotive industry.
The full collection is available to shop at Root Atelier’s official site.
