As a seasoned gamer who’s seen the rise and fall of countless MMORPGs, I can confidently say that RuneScape has managed to stand the test of time. The latest story quest, Ode of the Devourer, is yet another testament to Jagex’s commitment to delivering engaging content.

Explore the thrilling new storyline of RuneScape, the popular MMORPG by Jagex, titled “Ode of the Devourer”. This latest quest will plunge you into the Egyptian-style Sanctum of Rebirth as you frantically race against time. Additionally, there are enticing rewards waiting for you at the end! So, let’s embark on this exciting adventure!

At the behest of Icthlarian, the guardian of the departed, you will be entrusted with the mission of revealing the mysteries hidden within the Sanctum of Rebirth, a quest essential for breaking the devourer’s curse. The narrative advances within the Requiem for a Dragon saga, leading you further into the Bilrach and Desert narratives as you strive to alleviate Bill from Amascut’s enchantment.

Completing the Ode of the Devourer quest will grant you access to the upcoming Gate of Elidinis Skilling Boss which launches on September 23rd for RuneScape members. You’ll also be able to grab four 50k XP lamps for curing Amascut’s curse!
