As a long-time fan of “American Horror Story,” I was initially taken aback when I heard that reality star Kim Kardashian was joining the cast for its latest season. Having followed her career closely, I assumed that her acting abilities would be lackluster at best. However, I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised by her performance as Siobhan Corbyn.
Regarding Berry, the esteemed actress with an Oscar under her belt, has been staying active and is set to unveil two projects in the upcoming months. In “The Union,” available August 16 on Netflix, she stars alongside Mark Wahlberg in an action thriller. Their characters, Mike (Wahlberg) and Roxanne (Berry), were once high school sweethearts until Roxanne drew Mike into the dangerous world of espionage. Another upcoming release for Berry is “Never Let Go,” a horror movie from Lionsgate scheduled for September 27. This film follows a family who have long been haunted by an evil spirit, culminating in a harrowing battle for their lives.
The movie “All’s Fair” has not announced a release date yet, making it uncertain if Berry leaving the project will affect its production timeline.
