On January 19th, authorities in Mumbai apprehended Shariful Islam Shehzad Mohammad Rohilla Amin Fakir, a 30-year-old individual from Bangladesh, following surveillance camera evidence that placed him within the premises of the building.

The individual allegedly caught entering India without proper authorization asserted that he had been offered fraudulent proof of citizenship in return for payment, a proposition that purportedly incited him to attempt a burglary at the residence of the actor.
