As a devoted fan of Bollywood, I’ve always been captivated by the unbreakable bond between Mika Singh and Salman Khan. Their collaboration has gifted us timeless tunes like “Jumme Ki Raat” and “Aaj Ki Party.” When I heard about the recent threats against our beloved Salman, my heart ached. But when Mika took the stage to support his friend, it was a moment that warmed the cockles of any Bollywood enthusiast’s heart.
Singer Mika Singh, who shares a close bond with superstar Salman Khan, has crooned some of his hit songs like Jumme Ki Raat, Aaj Ki Party, 440 Volt, and others. Amid Salman receiving death threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, the singer has come out in support of the actor. Salman’s Jumme Ki Raat singer Mika has backed the superstar amid death threats. The singer dedicated lines from his iconic song, Ganpat while ensuring he will always be there for him.
At a recent performance, Mika Singh acknowledged Salman Khan on stage and played his popular song “Ganpat” from the movie “Shootout At Lokhandwala,” seemingly expressing his support for him.
In his live rendition, the singer indicated that he intended to pay tribute to Salman with a line from the song. He sang a portion of the track which translates to, “I am a brother, don’t worry. Look at her face, at her smile, standing over here. Tell me when I ever lied. Everybody leaves with their own name wherever they go.
It’s important to mention that for many years, Salman Khan has faced numerous death threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, due to his involvement in a blackbuck poaching case from 1998. Recently, this issue has been back in the news following the shooting of Salman’s close friend and NCP leader, Baba Siddique, on October 12.
It appears that the Lawrence Bishnoi gang has admitted responsibility for the assassination of the late politician, stating his association with the movie star as the reason. Consequently, Salman Khan has been given increased security at his Galaxy Apartment residence in Bandra, Mumbai. Taking photographs or making videos is prohibited around this location, as reported by The Times of India a few days ago.
As reported by India Today, the actor from the show “Sikandar” is provided with a high-level security, known as Y+. This means that he is accompanied by a police escort while traveling and has a specially trained police officer serving as his bodyguard.
In terms of his professional endeavors, Salman Khan is set to appear in director AR Murugadoss’ movie titled “Sikandar,” which is slated for release on Eid 2025. Rashmika Mandanna will be portraying the role of Salman’s romantic interest in this action-packed film. Notable actors such as Prateik Babbar, Suniel Shetty, Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, and Sharman Joshi have also been cast in significant roles within the production.
