On August 22nd, the verified account of Aamir Khan Productions responded on social media (originally known as Twitter) to a tweet posted by Salman Khan in 2010. Salman’s tweet read, “I refused to let Aamir have any physical contact with me after the film. If he could transform me into gold, then maybe I would consider it.” In response, Aamir Khan Productions said they often ponder over this hypothetical scenario.
For those not familiar, Salman Khan’s tweet was about Aamir Khan and his ex-wife Kiran Rao’s 2010 film production, Peepli Live. Salman gave praise to Aamir for his work, as the movie earned positive feedback from audiences at that time.
