Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Hit With Revised Sex Trafficking Indictment

Federal prosecutors have upgraded the charges against Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging that he orchestrated a wide-ranging criminal operation under which multiple women were assaulted and trafficked. This activity is said to have been facilitated by several of his businesses since at least 2008.

In a federal court in New York, on Thursday, I witnessed the issuance of an updated accusation against the rap mogul. This new indictment is aimed at fortifying the prosecutors’ case by outlining fresh allegations regarding the racketeering conspiracy. Among these new claims are the assertion that there were three individuals who were coerced by him to partake in commercial sex acts. However, it’s important to note that this updated indictment does not include any new charges.

A representative for Combs didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.

The new court document strengthens charges against Combs, initially filed in September, which accuse him of sex trafficking and racketeering. The indictment asserts that Combs has a history of abusing, threatening, and coercing women, using them to satisfy his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and hide his actions. The allegations of sex trafficking involve claims that he manipulated women into engaging in scripted sexual acts with male sex workers, many of whom were transported across state lines and international borders.

In the recent accusations presented, it’s stated that I, personally, allegedly compensated hotel security personnel an amount of $100,000 for video footage related to an incident in March 2016, which they claim was an assault on a woman. Interestingly enough, this woman later identified herself as my ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.

If convicted, Combs faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.

More to come.
