Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Right-Hand Woman Breaks Silence on Accusations Against Her

As a loyal follower of Sean “Diddy” Combs and Bad Boy Entertainment, I’m sharing an update from Kristina Khorram, who served as Diddy’s Chief of Staff. Recently, she found herself named in multiple civil lawsuits, alongside her former boss, concerning allegations of sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy. However, it’s important to note that she has come forward to assert her innocence in the matter.

38-year-old Khorram, often referred to as “KK,” has been a longtime associate of the prominent rap mogul. This influential figure, known for his fashion and music empire, once referred to her as his indispensable assistant. Since 2013, she served as a senior executive at Combs Enterprises. By 2020, Khorram had risen to the position of chief of staff within his organization and developed a close bond with him. On the day his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura filed a lawsuit that significantly impacted his life, she was captured in photos with him in Miami.

On a Wednesday, several months following Khorram being mentioned in multiple civil lawsuits against Combs since his September arrest in New York on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transporting individuals for prostitution, the ex-head of Bad Boy Records is now publicly refuting all the allegations made against him.

For several months, I’ve been facing baseless claims about me in various lawsuits concerning my previous employer,” Khorram stated to Rolling Stone. “These unfounded accusations of my complicity are inflicting severe and immeasurable harm on my reputation and the mental health of myself and my family. I have never supported or assisted in the sexual assault of anyone. Furthermore, I have never given drugs to anyone.

It’s completely unfathomable and devastating for me to even consider being implicated or merely a spectator in any instance of sexual assault,” Khorram stated further. “This is not my character, and I empathize deeply with all survivors of sexual violence. I am certain that the accusations leveled against me will ultimately be found baseless.

In 2021, a Facebook post from Combs sang her praises as controlling all aspects of his life.

He stated, ‘KK manages everything, both in my personal life and professional endeavors.’ For the past eight years, she’s served as an indispensable ally, demonstrating her ability to deliver results effectively. I can’t imagine operating without her.

The accusations against Khorram originated from a supplementary civil lawsuit filed by Rodney “Little Rod” Jones in March; earlier, in February, the producer had accused Khorram of being like Ghislaine Maxwell to Sean Combs’ Jeffrey Epstein in his sexual harassment and assault case against the music executive. Jones claimed that during the production of his 2023 album titled “The Love Album: Off the Grid“, Combs made unwanted sexual advances towards him, such as grabbing his buttocks and genitals.

In February 2024, Jones asserted in an addendum to his sexual harassment and assault lawsuit against music executive Sean Combs, that Khorram acted as the “Ghislaine Maxwell equivalent” to Jeffrey Epstein with regards to Combs. According to Jones, when he brought his complaint to Khorram, he was told by Khorram, “You know, Sean will be Sean,” and attempted to minimize Combs’ inappropriate touching, describing it as “friendly horseplay,” suggesting that such actions were just Combs’ way of expressing affection.

Khorram is said to have made it necessary for Combs’ staff to carry around a crossbody bag holding an assortment of illegal drugs such as cocaine, GHB, ecstasy, marijuana gummies, and a mix called Tuci (a blend of ecstasy and cocaine). According to the lawsuit filed by Jones, she is accused of ordering and distributing these illicit substances.

Previously, an attorney representing Combs refuted Jones’ allegations, labeling them as “entirely fabricated – a blatant attempt to generate media attention and swiftly secure a settlement.” The representative for the mogul highlighted that Jones had solicited funds via a GoFundMe campaign prior to filing his lawsuit seeking a substantial compensation.

Previously working as Diddy’s assistant, Phil Pines made a sexual harassment and battery claim against him back in December. In his filing, Pines mentions Diddy by name. According to Pines, Khorram – the person he reported to – forbade him from discussing any unwanted touching by Combs and threatened consequences if he did so, as stated in his lawsuit. Furthermore, Pines was responsible for keeping secrets about Combs’ alleged “Wild King Night” parties. These parties allegedly featured explicit sexual activities with women, resulting in rooms that needed cleaning due to their deplorable state, which Pines described as “wreckage.”

Phil Pines, who used to work for Diddy and filed a lawsuit against him for sexual harassment and battery last December, also mentions Diddy in his lawsuit. Khorram, the person Pines reported to, told him not to talk about any unwanted touches from Combs and warned him of consequences if he did. According to the lawsuit, Pines was responsible for keeping secrets about Diddy’s wild parties involving sexual activities with women that left rooms in terrible condition. These parties were so messy that Pines described them as “wreckage” and had to clean up the aftermath himself.

In addition, Khorram was mentioned in a third lawsuit accusing Combs of sexual assault, this time filed by a woman from San Francisco. This lawsuit was submitted in October, and Combs has publicly stated that the allegations within the lawsuit are untrue.

The Hollywood Reporter reached out to Combs Global for comment.

Combs’ federal court case is set to start in May within the Southern District of New York. Until that time, he will continue to be detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. However, it’s important to note that the mogul has pleaded not guilty to all accusations leveled against him.
