Shah Rukh Khan to live in Rs 24 lakh per month rented duplex for one more year, Gauri Khan reveals details

In a recent conversation with News18, Gauri Khan, who has personally designed every inch of Shah Rukh Khan’s famous residence Mannat, shared an exclusive update about its highly anticipated remodeling project. She disclosed that the renovation process is actively ongoing and anticipates the emergence of Mannat 2.0 within the upcoming year.

While their home undergoes renovation, Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri Khan along with children Suhana, Aryan and AbRam are temporarily residing in a luxury duplex located in Mumbai’s fashionable Pali Hill district, Bandra. It appears that they have rented not just one but two high-end duplex apartments within Puja Casa, a property belonging to movie producer Vashu Bhagnani. Based on the news circulating, this lease spans over three years at an astounding Rs 8.67 crore, which equates to roughly Rs 24 lakh per month in rental fees.

In terms of his career, Shah Rukh Khan will soon appear in the highly anticipated movie titled King, alongside his daughter Suhana Khan. Besides these two, the film directed by Siddharth Anand boasts a talented cast including Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji, Abhishek Bachchan, Jackie Shroff, Anil Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Abhay Verma, and Saurabh Shukla, among other popular personalities, who will take on significant roles.

The movie is scheduled to premiere in the last three months of 2026, specifically from October 1st to December 31st. In this film, Shah Rukh Khan will portray a lethal assassin who engages in a thrilling confrontation with Abhishek.
