His infamous comment about kicking Joy Behar out of a hypothetical restaurant still irks me to this day. I remember watching that interview back in the ’90s and being shocked by his callous words. It didn’t sit well with me then, and it doesn’t sit well with me now.

Despite the light-hearted banter, it’s clear that Shaq has shown great kindness and benevolence this year. In 2022, he footed the bill for an entire restaurant and contributed to the relief efforts following the shooting at Tops Friendly Markets.
