However, since she graced the fashion scene at Wimbledon, we haven’t had much sight of her until recently. This weekend, she made an appearance at a New York event for “Dune 2,” stunning everyone with two elegant and subtly opulent outfits.
This weekend, Zendaya was in New York accompanied by her fellow cast members Timothée Chalamet and Austin Butler from “Dune: Part Two”. They attended a special screening called “For Your Consideration” for Denis Villeneuve’s highly acclaimed sci-fi movie. Sporting a stylish white jacket and coordinating maxi, Zendaya left her hotel and made her way to the Midtown theater, making yet another impressive mark in celebrity fashion. Later, she graced the town in a sleek, satiny dress that’s so inviting you can almost feel its texture when it hangs in a store. The rich emerald hue made it stand out even more. She accessorized this look with her signature Christian Louboutin shoes for special occasions.
At the same event, both Timothée Chalamet and Austin Butler were present; however, their relatively less formal styles were somewhat overshadowed by their female counterpart’s appearance.
The sequel to “Dune,” titled “Dune: Part Two,” was released in March, making it eligible for the 2025 Academy Awards. Although nominations won’t be announced for several months, screenings called “For Your Consideration” are beginning to take place, aiming to show more movies to a larger audience – particularly those who decide on the awards. Additionally, there have been whispers that “Dune: Part Three” might hit theaters earlier than anticipated, keeping excitement high about this franchise as we approach Oscar season.
After that, Zendaya is set to star in “The Drama,” a movie produced by A24, which is being labeled as a “romance” with an unexpected twist, alongside Robert Pattinson. Previously mentioned, Zendaya and her stylist partner Law Roach have played significant roles in popularizing method dressing on the red carpet.
