He has even discussed this plan with producer Sajid Nadiawala and suggested that he advance the trailer release for “Housefull 5.

However, fresh reports by Bollywood Hungama indicate that we may need to exercise a bit more patience before we can enjoy the hilarious trailer of this highly-anticipated comic caper.
As reported by the publication, filmmaker Karan Johar approached Akshay Kumar about pushing back the release of the trailer for Housefull 5. This move was intended to divert the audience’s focus towards Kesari Chapter 2 – The Untold Story Of Jallianwala Bagh. Upon discussing this with Kumar, the action star consented and also suggested that Johar discuss the matter further with Sajid Nadiadwala, the producer of Housefull 5.
A trusted source shared with BH that Sajid had made an agreement with Karan to devise a strategy to generate excitement for his upcoming movie. The source also mentioned that Sajid is considering options to postpone the Housefull 5 trailer and include a sneak peek of Kesari Chapter 2 instead, in the film Sikandar starring Salman Khan. This decision will be finalized tomorrow, as reported by the informant. If this plan goes ahead, moviegoers can expect a preview of Kesari Chapter 2 along with Sikandar. At present, Johar is optimistic that the teaser for Kesari Chapter 2 will have a significant effect, enhancing ticket sales.
Houseful 5 will premiere on the big screen in June 2025. Moving on to KJo’s Kesari Chapter 2, this historical epic is set for release on April 18, 2025. As for Salman’s Sikandar, an action-packed movie, it’s scheduled to debut on March 30, 2025. In the star-studded cast of Sikandar, Salman Khan takes center stage alongside Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, Sharman Joshi, and Prateik Smita Patil.
