Actor Veer Pahariya is all set to make his first appearance on the big screen alongside Akshay Kumar in the upcoming action-drama “Sky Force.” In an exclusive chat, the actor spoke about how Akshay Kumar showed him how to perform thrilling stunts without using a harness or safety equipment, highlighting the need for courage to pull it off.
In an interview with TopMob, Veer Pahariya expressed his joy when he made a dramatic entry in the Sooryavanshi trailer by helicopter. He mentioned that if you noticed the daring stunt performed by Akshay Kumar and the helicopter, which has become such an iconic part of their relationship, then including him in this love story made him extremely happy.
I’m grateful that our debut during the trailer release of Sooryavanshi happened via a helicopter. If you recall the thrilling stunt with Akshay Kumar sir and the helicopter, which has become quite iconic over the years, it seems we’ve been part of their long-standing story. Being included in this tale brought me immense joy.
He mentioned, “He showed me aerial tricks without any safety equipment; just raw courage. It’s astonishing to see his self-assurance. That’s what I’ve picked up from him.” (That is the skill or trait I have acquired from him)
The movie titled Sky Force, helmed by directors Sandeep Kewlani and Abhishek Kapur, features Akshay Kumar, newcomer Veer Pahariya, Sara Ali Khan, Nimrat Kaur, and Sharad Kelkar in key roles. Produced by Dinesh Vijan, Amar Kaushik, and Jyoti Deshpande, the film is set to hit the screens on January 24, 2025, aligning with the Republic Day weekend celebrations.
