This role will be shared with Emma Corrin, who recently gained attention as the primary antagonist in Marvel Studios’ blockbuster hit “Deadpool & Wolverine.” Additionally, Olivia Colman has been cast as Mrs. Bennet. Both actors have previously collaborated on the Netflix show “The Crown.” It was speculated by Variety that Daisy Edgar Jones might be up for the role of Elizabeth, but it’s now clear that Corrin will take on the leading part instead.
