In 2018, the woman who played Raanjhanaa’s lead actress tied the knot with a businessman, after her film Neerja became a box office success. Since then, they have primarily resided in London, but are frequently seen in Mumbai for events and family functions.

2022 saw Sonam announcing her pregnancy, marking the fourth year since her marriage to Anand. After this time, they became proud parents to their newborn son, Vayu.

In September, the proud mom and dad threw a birthday party for their son, as he turned 2 in 2024.
