In 1997, Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor got married and they are parents to a daughter named Shanaya Kapoor and a son called Jahaan Kapoor.
Shanaya has accumulated industry knowledge working as an assistant director on the movie “Gunjan Saxena,” where her cousin, Janhvi Kapoor, was the leading actress. Her first appearance in films was scheduled with Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions for a project called “Bedhadak,” under the direction of Shashank Khaitan.
