At PAX East 2025, I was thrilled to witness Digital Extremes unveil a gameplay spotlight trailer for the developing “Soulframe,” aptly named “Preludes.” As a fan, it’s exciting to know that we can expect this game to launch later in the year!
The trailer for “Soulframe” offers a sneak peek into its storyline and demonstrates its battle sequences, while fans have an opportunity to register on the official site to potentially secure a pre-alpha access code. Each week, fresh codes are distributed.

Digital Extremes has announced that upcoming developer streams for their games, specifically “Soulframe” and “Warframe”, will occur during TennoCon on July 19th. Megan Everett, Community Director at Digital Extreme, shared her excitement about the upcoming year, stating, “2025 promises to be another thrilling year, and we’re eager to unveil more details of our ambitious plans for our ‘Warframe’ and ‘Soulframe’ communities as we gear up to mark a decade of TennoCon in July.

As a dedicated fan, I’m thrilled to share that I eagerly anticipate the release of Soulframe in late 2025. Although Digital Extremes hasn’t officially announced the platforms for this upcoming game, it seems plausible that it will grace PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC, much like Warframe does today.
