As a seasoned enthusiast of streetwear fashion, I must say that the second delivery of Stüssy’s FW24 collection has truly caught my eye. Having lived through the era of loud logos and animal prints, it’s refreshing to see a more refined approach from this iconic brand.
Following the initial release of FW24 in mid-August, Stüssy’s latest offering represents a streamlined evolution of their classic styles. In contrast to the larger logos, animal prints, all-over graphics, and neon accents featured in last year’s FW23 collection, this year’s FW24 line is characterized by a more minimalist approach, with the second drop preserving that aesthetic.
At the heart of this collection are jeans in crisp indigo, medium, and light washes. Leather jackets and shorts provide a sophisticated touch. The items primarily feature clean, solid colors, with classic desert camouflage serving as the main pattern. Checked flannels, collegiate sweat sets, and cozy knitwear add a layer of warmth. Finally, vibrant puffer jackets in lime green and deep blue offer a burst of color perfect for the colder seasons.
In this current collection by Stüssy, you’ll notice a lack of their traditional 8 Ball motif and heavy logo usage, which makes it one of the most minimalist collections they’ve had in recent seasons. The subtle use of graphics allows the powerful silhouettes to take center stage and hold everything together.
On Friday, September 13th at 10 a.m., local time globally, the second batch of Stüssy FW24 collection will be accessible both in physical stores and online through Stüssy’s official webshop.
