In an exciting start, the third season of the SYFY’s supernatural real estate drama, SurrealEstate, kicked off recently with a spooky cowboy ghost making a grand appearance and unveiling its hidden intentions.
The show centers around Luke Roman (Tim Rozon) and his band of expert real estate agents at the Roman-Ireland Agency, who specialize in selling properties with supernatural elements. Each week they encounter a spooky creature residing within these properties and work tirelessly to banish the spirits using various methods, ensuring that the property is clean for its future owners or current ones.

After completing 21 episodes filled with weekly paranormal mysteries, the series’ main actors Rozon and Sarah Levy (Susan Ireland) have encountered a multitude of peculiar adversaries and nighttime disturbances. However, they express astonishment at the creativity exhibited by creator George R. Olson and his team in each script, and they revealed some of their favorite plotlines from Season 3 to SYFY WIRE.
Sarah Levy previews Susan’s Children of the Corn moment in SurrealEstate Season 3

In Season 2, Susan found herself troubled by an intelligent home assistant that had taken control of her entire being. However, her work colleagues managed to rescue her before the season ended. Despite their success, Susan finds it difficult to move past this harrowing ordeal. Levy commented that Olson and his team significantly improved the show this season, particularly with the upcoming episode titled “Death Does a Refi”.
She shared, “I really enjoyed filming Episode 3,” she said to SYFY Wire. “A couple who believed I was someone else were chasing me through their farmhouse and the cornfield. It was a thrilling episode for me to act in, and it fulfilled my desire to run. Basically, I just had to keep running! Add it to your list of must-see episodes.
Tim Rozon’s unexpected reunion in SurrealEstate Season 3

Rozon finds one particular episode from Season 3 especially enjoyable not due to the monster, but because of the starring guest. He expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to collaborate with Kristopher Turner once more, flashing a wide grin. For those unaware, there was a TV show named “Instant Star” that we both worked on quite some time back.
2004 marked the debut of “Instant Star,” a musical comedy-drama series from the creators of “Degrassi.” As one of the young leads, I, Rozon, portrayed Thomas “Tom” Quincy, while Turner took on the character of James “Jamie” Andrews.
Rozon hinted at KT Turner’s upcoming role in the second part of Season 3 without revealing too many details about his appearance on SurrealEstate. He added, “I must say it was a real pleasure to collaborate with KT once more.
Regarding preferred episodes within the series, Rozon mentioned that he particularly enjoys “Death Does a Refi” due to his engaging exchanges with Death.
Personally, my most cherished character this season took the intriguing form of Death itself – a fascinating twist! It struck me as an ingenious move, and it’s undeniably advantageous for Luke. After all, if I can communicate with the deceased, why not engage in dialogue with the captain of the dead too?
