Bathed in different hues of pink, the Bioceramic Scuba Fifty Fathoms is now known as PINK OCEAN.
The PINK OCEAN watch, much like its predecessors, enters the scene with a case diameter of 42.3mm and sports a sun-brushed dial that gradually fades. Remarkably, its hands and indices on the 60-minute diving scale are all covered in high-quality Super-LumiNova® for superior visibility even in the dark.
As a gamer, I’m captivated by this timepiece that offers a glimpse into the intricate SISTEM51 mechanical workings, visible through the transparent sapphire glass caseback. Five inspiring phrases adorn it: “Passion for Diving,” “License to Explore,” “Ocean Breath,” “Protect What You Love,” and “Immerse Yourself” – all echoing the spirit of adventure. The back glass is etched with a full-color digital illustration of the vibrant pink Ceratodoris rosacea, a remarkable species of dorid nudibranchs, symbolizing my love for exploration and the underwater world.
Under the moniker Fifty Fathoms, PINK OCEAN shares its resilience, capable of withstanding water pressure up to 9 atmospheres underwater, similar to other pieces in the collection. In a tribute to sustainability, the watch’s two-piece NATO-style band is fashioned from reclaimed fishing nets.
