Tanner Ritchie and Fletcher Kasell, the creators behind Tanner Fletcher, have whisked us away from 2025 Manhattan yet again with their latest imaginative exploration of fashion for both men and women, as well as everything in between, for Fall 2025. This playful brand based in Brooklyn continues to strengthen its fundamental design principles and spheres of influence in a new production titled “DANCE PARTY”. Inspiration for the designs comes from the 1930s and 1940s.
This season, rather than organizing a grand theatrical display for “The Artist’s Dilemma,” as we did last time, the brand opted for an exclusive sneak peek at their Chelsea studio to unveil their enchanting new collection. Climbing three stories, past a quaint barber shop, guests found themselves in a cozy tea room. The walls were adorned with “DANCE PARTY,” the latest pieces, and a beautifully set table laden with donuts, pastries, and vintage dishware completed the picture.
DANCE PARTY” is just as lively in its style as it is in its name, showcasing an impressive 48 vintage-inspired outfits – noteworthy gowns and suits perfect for awards shows, but also everyday styles such as practical outerwear and hoodies trimmed with lace. Maroon suit jackets are made more sophisticated with brooches on the lapel, while dresses feature lace accents and knitwear embellished with cute details and dog motifs. Polka dots abound, while Tanner Fletcher draws inspiration from an old quilt to create a standout piece – a padded pastel blue gown adorned with bows.
