The excitement surrounding shows on Paramount+ keeps building, and fans now have a clear idea of when they can expect new seasons of titles like Tulsa King, Mayor of Kingstown, and others. Additionally, the Yellowstone spin-off series focusing on Beth and Rip, tentatively titled Dutton Ranch, has surprisingly been scheduled for an earlier release than expected.
Following an exceptionally successful premiere for a fresh series, Landman made its appearance towards the end of 2024 and swiftly found itself in the annals of Paramount+. It appears, according to Collider, that fans won’t have to wait too long for Season 2, as Chris McCarthy, co-CEO of Paramount Global, hinted during the Q1 earnings call that the new season will air in November 2025.
It’s been announced that “Dutton Ranch,” a sequel to “Yellowstone” focusing on Beth Dutton and her new ranch, is set to premiere in November, coinciding with the release of “Landman.
Instead, you’ll have to wait for the arrival of two more shows from Taylor Sheridan’s portfolio after that. McCarthy has shared that Sylvester Stallone’s series will air its third season in September, and Jeremy Renner’s series will come back for Season 4 in October. Although there are a few more Yellowstone spin-offs to be scheduled, it seems like late 2025 is going to be an exciting time for fans of Taylor Sheridan – and given the number of them, that’s saying something!
‘Landman’ Will Be Followed By More ‘Yellowstone’ Spinoffs
Towards late April, enthusiasts were treated to a tantalizing sneak peek at the making of Landman Season 2, as lead actress Ali Larter, portraying oil-industry executive Angela Norris alongside her former husband Tommy (Billy Bob Thornton), posted on social media that filming for the new season had begun. Although many assumed this meant they would have to wait until early 2026 for Season 2’s release on Paramount+, this recent update brings a delightful surprise and guarantees that there will be ample Taylor Sheridan content to look forward to in the remainder of the year.
In addition to these three returning shows, Sheridan’s schedule is just as packed as it has ever been. After the second season of 1923 aired earlier this year, they are currently developing a new season for Lioness and other Yellowstone spin-offs, including The Madison and 1944. Additionally, there may be more shows to come. It was recently announced that the franchise will debut a new series on CBS, with Luke Grimes returning as Kayce Dutton in Y: Marshals.
It appears Sheridan is deeply involved in numerous projects at present, with no indication of this letting up anytime soon. At the moment, you can enjoy his collection of series on the streaming platform, Paramount+.
