The Weeknd climbed one spot from last year to secure second place, as he became the first artist to have 22 songs surpassing over a billion streams each, according to recent Billboard data. Despite Bad Bunny sliding to third position this year, his consistent presence in the top three for six years highlights his strong global fanbase. The top ten list also includes Drake, Billie Eilish, Travis Scott, Peso Pluma, Kanye West, Ariana Grande, and Feid.
Although Sabrina Carpenter didn’t make it onto the top ten artists list, her song “Espresso” claimed the top spot in the global top ten songs chart, with Benson Boone’s “Beautiful Things” at number two and Billie Eilish’s “Birds of a Feather” coming in third.
