Teamfight Tactics to introduce experimental PvE mode with Tocker's Trials

  • Teamfight Tactics is introducing a first-of-its-kind PvE mode
  • Tocker’s Trials pits you against hordes of enemies and six bosses
  • This limited-time experimental mode will be exclusive to the Magic ‘n Mayhem set

As a seasoned League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics enthusiast with countless hours spent battling it out in the arena, I must say the announcement of Tocker’s Trials has me absolutely thrilled! This PvE mode is a breath of fresh air, a departure from the usual PvP that I’ve come to know and love.

As a dedicated fan of League of Legends, I can’t help but get excited about the upcoming changes in Teamfight Tactics! After the successful launch of Magic ‘n Mayhem, we’re gearing up for a fresh, experimental PvE mode that’s quite different from the usual PvP focus. This new direction is intriguing, considering the game’s established universe. So, what are Tocker’s Trials all about? Let’s explore!

Initially, let me clarify that this is a temporary game mode specifically designed for the existing collection of content from Magic ‘n Mayhem. During this period, you’ll have the opportunity to utilize the current champions and augment lineup. As usual, you can accumulate gold and progress by leveling up. However, in contrast to regular play, charms will not be featured in this mode.

In Tocker’s Trials, it’s me against 30 challenging rounds and six formidable bosses, and here’s the twist – I only get three lives to pull this off! Luckily, I can dive into the solo mode at my own pace, picking the moments when I feel ready to take on my adversary. And for those who love a good competition, there’s even an option to flaunt your top scores on the leaderboards to impress friends.

Chaos reigns

Additionally, you should know that after completing the regular mode of Tocker’s Trials, you’ll gain access to a challenging new version known as Chaos Mode. The developers haven’t shared much about it yet, but they’ve hinted that “there’s a reason it’s named as such.” This certainly adds an air of mystery and intrigue.

Starting August 27th, right when patch 14.17 drops, I’ll be diving into Tocker’s Trials! These challenges won’t vanish until they’re good and over on September 24th. So get ready to join me in the gaming world for a month-long adventure!
