That Time A Ouija Board Told Will Forte He’d Be Stabbed To Death

As a gamer who’s spent countless hours delving into digital realms and uncovering hidden secrets, I find Will Forte’s Ouija Board tale to be a fascinating blend of reality and the supernatural. Growing up, I was always captivated by stories of paranormal activities and unexplained phenomena. Forte’s account brings back memories of my own teenage experiences with friends, trying to summon spirits through various means, only to find ourselves laughing at our own fear and skepticism.

As a gaming enthusiast, I can’t help but appreciate a chilling tale, even when it’s not Halloween time. And when celebrities add a dash of humor to the mix, it makes the story even more enticing! In this case, we delve into the bizarre account of Will Forte, a veteran from Saturday Night Live and the star of MacGruber, who recounted an outlandish Ouija board encounter he had as a teenager. According to his tale, this mystical session foretold his own grisly demise by stabbing as an older man. Gosh, that’s quite a premonition!

Following the buzz surrounding Ouija Boards in ‘Agatha All Along’, it seems the spiritual realm is attracting more media spotlight, such as Forte’s appearance on Rachel Dratch’s podcast ‘Woo Woo with Rachel Dratch’. In the course of discussing past journeys and shared experiences, the actor shared a prophecy-centered story. He recounted that he was around 16 or 17 when he met a girl he had feelings for who was friends with a self-declared witch who brought a Ouija Board to their gathering.

Initially, Forte admitted to asking vague questions to the spirits without much belief, but was taken aback when the spirits appeared to know his grandmother’s middle name specifically. Though he expressed suspicion that he might have unintentionally influenced the planchette with his hands, he didn’t believe this was the case. At the time, the Nebraska native stated he wasn’t giving it much weight, and defied the advice of others by teasing the spirit they were communicating with playfully.

In our experiences, we met various entities, some of which displayed hostile and violent behavior. She would often caution us, ‘Watch out, be mindful with this one.’ Meanwhile, I was becoming quite annoying. I’d taunt the entity, attempting to provoke it into anger. I probably mentioned something about his supposedly small stature or similar insults. However, things started getting genuinely frightening.

Although the teenagers didn’t appear to be facing supernatural entities as intense as those in the movie “Ouija: Origin of Evil,” Forte mentioned the 1986 horror film “Witchboard” as a point of comparison. However, whatever they were communicating with took the actor’s insults seriously and foretold his eventual demise…years down the line. In his own words:

One thing the Ouija board revealed to me was whether I would pass away at a certain age. It suggested that I would die at the age of 73, from being stabbed. That gives me 19 more years to live.

Initially, Rachel Dratch and her co-host Irene Bremis displayed a mix of surprise and unease due to Will Forte’s bold and carefree antics involving the spirit world. They reacted in a similar manner to the grim prophecy. To clarify, it was inferred that the cause of death was unusually severe, unlike intestinal cancer, as it seemed highly likely that one of the teens had come up with the idea first.

When queried if he often ponders that prophecy in a sincere or thoughtful way, Forte responded:

Occasionally when I recount this tale, a thought crosses my mind: ‘When I reach 72 and am nearing life’s end, will I consider investing in full-body Kevlar armor?’

If Will Forte agrees to star in Kevlar Kowboys or something equally absurd 18 years from now, that would likely be the explanation behind it all.

At present, Will Forte is actively shooting the much-anticipated television series “The Four Seasons,” which is a remake of the 1981 film with the same title. This highly acclaimed production boasts an exceptional ensemble cast that includes Tina Fey, Colman Domingo, Kerry Kinney, and Steve Carell, who were all alums from Saturday Night Live. The series is expected to be streamed on Netflix as part of their 2025 TV lineup or thereafter.

I’m crossing my fingers that Forte might reappear on Saturday Night Live during its historic season, regardless if he doesn’t end up being one of the Season 50 featured hosts or performers.
