In the game Oblivion, there’s a character known as the Adoring Fan who resides in the Imperial City. Once you achieve the title of Grand Champion in the Arena, this commoner expresses admiration for you. Although he is categorized as a “Follower” due to his tendency to accompany you across the world, his role in combat differs significantly from other Followers. Instead of engaging enemies, he opts to flee and hide, which can unintentionally draw more opponents towards him.
In the Elder Scrolls gaming world, the Devoted Supporter has earned a reputation for his relentless dedication to shadowing players. This unwavering loyalty often results in amusing predicaments – such as when you ask him to give you space while standing atop a mountain, he promptly makes his way to the Imperial City via the quickest route available. His fame is so extensive that Bethesda developed a new character, modeled after him, for Starfield. However, in this interstellar game, the counterpart can only be enlisted if you select the “Admired” personality trait during character creation.
In a fresh update, the re-imagined version of Oblivion preserves many aspects that made the 2006 RPG an enduring favorite, such as the humorous dialogue exchanges that players continue to recollect fondly. This upgrade has been crafted by Virtuos Studio, utilizing Unreal Engine 5, and boasts features like 4K resolution, smooth 60 frames per second gameplay, and dynamic day-night cycles and weather systems, in addition to various other enhancements.
