The Future Perfect’s LA Home Is Refreshed With New Pieces

The well-known design gallery known as The Future Perfect has revealed its revamped Goldwyn House – a historic Los Angeles residence featuring their preferred artists’ work. This updated version was presented during Frieze LA 2025, serving as a tribute to the city following the destructive wildfires. Among the new exhibits at the Goldwyn House are unique, otherworldly artifacts, skillfully crafted furniture, and exclusive collectible items.

In their statement, The Future Perfect emphasized the themes of “change, renewal, and development” in the unique exhibition named “For LA with Love.” Ben Willett’s woodwork from Willett re-emerges, recreating 20th-century inspired furniture designs initially crafted for his home that was destroyed by wildfires. Los Angeles-based LGS Studios, who also experienced the recent disaster in their own homes, showcase their Mesozoic handcrafted ceramics collection, paying tribute to the ancient plant and animal life of the region.

In other locations, designer Nicole Hollis of the Bay Area has transformed the dining room using Kamp Studios plasterwork and items by Floris Wubben, Chris Wolston, John Hogan, Arthur Vallin, Nilufar, among others. The textured plaster walls suggest an aged bronze patina, while dynamic pieces such as the Tabazo Chandelier by Wolston and the ceramic dining table by Studio Floris Wubben bring the area to life.
