The LEGO Icons Botanical Collections Grows With New Wreath and Poinsettia Sets

As a seasoned LEGO enthusiast with a green thumb and a penchant for all things festive, I must say that this latest announcement from the LEGO Icons Botanical Collection has me absolutely thrilled! The Wreath set, with its customizable berry options and whimsical details, is sure to become the centerpiece of my holiday season. And the Poinsettia build, inspired by the “Grande Italia” variety, adds a touch of elegance that I can’t resist.

2024 has seen LEGO’s brilliant designers hard at work, developing fresh building sets for fans across all age groups. They’ve also been engaging in distinctive collaborations. Notable news items include the unveiling of a multi-year partnership between LEGO and Nike, promising co-branded products, content, and experiences. Additionally, the premiere of Pharrell’s “Piece by Piece” LEGO movie has made headlines.

As autumn approaches, LEGO has introduced an extension to its popular LEGO Icons Botanical Collection, including Wreath and Poinsettia-themed sets. Let’s begin with the Wreath, which consists of 1,194 pieces and makes for a festive centerpiece during this season. You can personalize it using various berry colors such as red, blue, or white. Additionally, it incorporates orange slices, cinnamon sticks, and pine cones to create a delightful aroma. Moving on to the Poinsettia build, it comprises 608 pieces and is inspired by the “Grande Italia” variety. The base of this set resembles a woven-basket flowerpot, with green leaves supporting red bracts and yellow cyathia that bloom vibrantly from within.

If you’re excited about the upcoming LEGO Icons Wreath or LEGO Icons Poinsettia, these sets will be launched on October 1st, available through LEGO and selected retailers. The prices are set at $100 USD for the Wreath and $50 USD for the Poinsettia. You can even pre-order them right now!
