It’s worth mentioning that Gertz tied the knot with Antony Ressler, a successful entrepreneur and investor, back in 1989. Ressler is not only the co-founder of Apollo Global Management and Ares Management, but also holds a significant stake in these investment firms. Their business ventures, which include ownership of the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks and MLB’s Milwaukee Brewers, have generated vast wealth for Ressler and Gertz, who share four children together.

Jami Gertz embarked on her acting journey in 1981, debuting in the films “On the Right Track” and “Endless Love.” She then secured her first significant television role in the 1982 CBS sitcom “Square Pegs,” sharing the screen with Sarah Jessica Parker.
