The Weeknd Completes ‘After Hours’ Trilogy with Anticipated New Album, ‘Hurry Up Tomorrow’

The Weeknd has unveiled the concluding part of his “After Hours” trilogy; this journey began with the “After Hours” album in 2020 and continued with “Dawn FM” in 2022. The final installment of this introspective, otherworldly, and EDM-infused period is finally here. Titled “Hurry Up Tomorrow,” this potential last project under The Weeknd’s alias delivers raw emotions on top of layered synths without any inhibitions, contemplating life as it hurtles forward.

Over 22 tracks, “Hurry Up Tomorrow” takes listeners on a transportive journey through sonic landscapes that range from near to far, drawing upon his past experiences, particularly his mixtape Trilogy era, while also peering into the future and embracing more varied, energetic production styles.

The song titled “Dancing in the Flames” won’t be featured in the final 90-minute playlist, but you will find “São Paulo” with Anitta and “Timeless” with Playboi Carti on there. Although the specific collaborations aren’t disclosed yet, they include artists like Justice, Florence and the Machine, Travis Scott, Future, Giorgio Moroder, and Lana Del Rey.
