Instead of juggling work on Idle RPG Summoners War: Rush while battling the allure of Crystal of Atlan (thanks to Shaun’s persuasive preview), I’ve decided to try out The King of Fighters AFK as it is currently available in early access where I live.

Due to my hectic schedule, I find myself yearning for more relaxed role-playing games. However, playing two of them over the weekend might not leave much time for idleness, wouldn’t you agree?

What have I done?

This weekend, I’ll be focusing on organizing tasks around my actual home and yard since they require my immediate attention. Rather than that, I find myself drawn to improving my virtual abode in The Sims 4 instead, given all the exciting DLC discussions. I can’t wait to explore and make the most of the recent updates before delving into the new content.

Cristina is thoroughly thrilled about the fresh game titled Crystal of Atlan. It’s an action RPG with rapid combat and striking graphics, all thanks to the Unreal engine. At present, there are five primary character classes, each having two subclasses. I’ve dived into a Puppeteer/Scytheguard role and plan on boosting its level over the weekend.

A new game I’ve taken up is Magic Chess Go Go, which has just hit the market. This game belongs to the auto-battler genre and is set within the universe of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Being a long-time player of Teamfight Tactics, I found adapting to this new game quite straightforward. It’s been enjoyable so far as I work my way up the rankings, and I plan to spend more time on it over the weekend.

This coming weekend seems simple enough for gaming; it’s solely focused on Crystal of Atlan! I must say, I wasn’t expecting to like a game this much, especially since it shares some resemblance with Genshin, but I’m really enjoying my playtime.

Since I’m fond of gacha games, but not the ones that require heavy spending, I find Code Apocalypse (CoA) quite reasonable. In fact, I’ve been so engrossed in it that I’ve significantly reduced my time spent on Cookie Run Kingdom. Incredible! So, that’s about all the gaming plans I have for this weekend.

It seems everyone’s assuming that I’ll be playing both Pokémon TCG Pocket and Pokémon Go, and indeed, you’re correct on that count. But here’s a fun twist – I’ve reinstalled BeatStar as well! To my surprise, it’s become quite an addictive game for me lately. Here are the reasons: 1) The song library has expanded significantly since my last play, and 2) My children have also downloaded it on their devices, and they’re quite skilled at it. As a result, we’ve been engaging in friendly competition over the leaderboards… and I won’t let them surpass me!

In non-mobile gaming realm, I’m eager to participate in the Dartmoor event within Hitman, and currently striving for ‘Mastery’ on Steam games. To explain, a new writer recently joined one of my other sites, and they had showcased their ‘mastered games’ (complete achievements) on their Steam profile.

As a gaming enthusiast, I gave my current collection a peek, and it was quite underwhelming at eight games. Now, I’ve managed to boost it up to twelve, and let me tell you, it’s been an absolute blast! It’s been a fantastic method to circumvent the overwhelming selection of a vast library, enabling me to rediscover some old favorites (Rusty’s Retirement, Blackwell Deception, Metal Dead, Her Story) that I had previously enjoyed. These games have given me an opportunity to polish off those remaining achievements.

I strongly believe that Faerie Fragments in Neopets is a deceptive scheme. This is due to the constant events where you must play numerous stages to obtain something, often a desired plushie. As a result, I find myself playing endless match-3 games. I’ve finished the side levels, which made acquiring the final plushie less challenging, but now I am stuck on the main quest and can’t progress.

Apart from other activities, I’ll additionally be engaging in Pokémon Go, focusing particularly on Gigantamax Battles with Rillaboom. Despite having a hectic schedule this weekend, I’m optimistic that the battle won’t prove too challenging to conquer.

Upon the release of Crystal of Atlan, I might find myself immersed in its world, as I was captivated by its PvP gameplay. Lately, I’ve downloaded two intriguing puzzle games: Clue Master and Cross Math. However, my current obsession is Skyrim. Oblivion rekindled my interest, and I jumped right in.

Before I start customizing everything in Skyrim with mods, I want to finish unlocking all the achievements by doing an unmodified playthrough first. While the game is enjoyable on its own, mods really enhance it. However, they prevent achievements from being earned, and it appears that there isn’t a mod available for Xbox that restores them. Microsoft and their strategic approach to maintaining fairness!

I blame Will for getting me to play Jump King, and it took over 30 minutes just to get past the second screen! Still, there’s something addictive about this platformer, so I plan on giving it another shot this weekend. Also, I remember hearing about Limbo way back when, and it was supposedly a groundbreaking release. With all that in mind, my upcoming weekend is looking quite busy.

I’m holding Will responsible for getting me to try Jump King, but it took more than 30 minutes just to advance past the second screen! Despite that, there’s something appealing about this platformer, so I aim to give it another chance over the weekend. Additionally, I recall hearing about Limbo as a kid and it was said to be a game-changing release. In summary, my upcoming weekend will be quite eventful.
