Recently, I’ve found myself immersed in a lot of keyboard interactions, what with The Great Sneeze release just past and Your House set to debut shortly. The latter has become quite consuming for me – I’m nearing the final chapter now and plan to spend the weekend untangling its enigmas before an embargoed review is due next week. Crossing my fingers that I won’t get sidetracked by more keyboard interactions, although the new A Little to the Left DLC does seem intriguing…

I’m eager to broaden my mobile gaming collection, and one game that has caught my attention is 80 Days. I previously played it on a PC, but after watching Catherine’s review of Expelled!, I feel now could be the perfect moment to revisit Inkle’s engaging story-based adaptation of the classic novel once more on my mobile device.

Wow, take a look at this! It turns out that the Epic Games Store has launched not one, but two new games through its free program. They’re even planning to make it a weekly event now. With Super Meat Boy Forever on the horizon, I think I might be in for a fun gaming session – it seems like it will be worth every moment spent playing!

Allow me to share with you a story about my college days. Back when the Wii U was still useful instead of just being a doorstop today, there existed a game named Xenoblade Chronicles X. I went ahead and bought myself a Wii U console, the game, but neither worked. Subsequently, I procured a 2 TB hard drive and the digital version of the game, but they too failed to function properly. As a result, I ended up buying another Wii U unit and gifted the old one to my nephew, acting as the caring uncle that I am.

As a hardcore gamer, let me tell you, it was completely worth the wait! The Definitive Edition has finally been unleashed, and I’ve already got my console ready to roll. Initially, I splurged on a Switch Pro controller after realizing that the JoyCons weren’t quite cutting it after 30 minutes of gameplay.

Now, here’s some exciting news – I’ve gone full-on off-grid! Changed my name and moved into the heart of the woods, where no one can disturb me for about 250 hours (thanks to Howlongtobeat for the heads up). It’s going to be an epic gaming adventure!

Beyond that, I’ve recently been granted access to a fresh gaming platform called mo.co. I’m eagerly looking forward to finding some spare moments to immerse myself fully in this new game.

For the past week, there have been celebrations and showers of rain that have left people feeling energetic, yet I’m managing just fine. I appreciate the rain, it gives me an excuse to cozy up indoors and enjoy some games. A new game titled Blobun was recently sent to me, its unique mechanic making it seemingly unplayable – a mix of humor and commentary. I’d love to give it a try if possible, but even discussing it has me reminiscing about amusing games in general. Typically, the meta or self-aware humor is what catches everyone’s attention, but perhaps I can discover genuinely funny game content within its narrative.

I plan to delve deeper into itch.io to uncover some peculiar and amusing concepts, which often prove to be both enjoyable and hilarious.

After hearing about Digimon Alysion and the Pokemon TCG Pocket expansion unveiling, I find myself eager to engage in some card combat. Therefore, I’m likely going to spend a bit of time on Pocket during the weekend. However, I don’t expect it to keep my interest for long as it usually doesn’t, except perhaps during Emblem events.

Apart from that, just as Iwan, I find myself drawn to give Super Meat Boy Forever a spin since it’s currently free on the Epic Games Store. The original game captivated me, and though this new version presents a slightly altered experience, I’m eager for it to deliver the same blend of aggravation and exhilaration.
