On February 13th, 2025, I took part in a poll to decide which romantic movie fans most wanted to watch on OTT with their significant others for Valentine’s Day. The five options were: Sonam Kapoor and Dhanush’s Raanjhanaa, Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone’s Tamasha, Harshvardhan Rane and Mawra Hocane’s Sanam Teri Kasam, Triptii Dimri and Avinash Tiwary’s Laila Majnu, or Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s Mohabbatein.

For a span of two days, the public had the opportunity to cast their votes. Based on these votes, it was evident that the audience preferred watching the 2000 musical romantic drama, Mohabbatein. This choice garnered an impressive 39% of the total votes. Interestingly, Raanjhanaa and Laila Majnu ended up sharing the second position, each receiving 24% of the votes cast.

Results of the poll for the movie pick of the fans to watch on Valentine’s Day:

Aditya Chopra is the director of the film Mohabbatein. Notable actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Amitabh Bachchan, Uday Chopra, Shamita Shetty, Jugal Hansraj, Kim Sharma, Jimmy Shergill, and Preeti Jhangiani play significant roles in this movie.

The movie was warmly received when it hit theaters, and it’s been gaining a lot of traction on social media due to frequently trending dialogues and tunes like “Humko Humise Chura Lo,” “Aankhein Khuli,” “Chalte Chalte,” among others.

The tale unfolds around a music instructor guiding his pupils through their romantic experiences. Yet, the stern headmaster of Gurukul, with his convictions, poses challenges for them. You can stream “Mohabbatein” on Amazon Prime Video.
