The sequel to Todd Phillips’ film “Joker,” titled “Folie À Deux,” is set to stream first on Max on December 13 and then air on HBO linear on December 14 at 8 p.m. ET. In this movie, Joaquin Phoenix returns as Arthur Fleck/Joker, with Lady Gaga making her debut as Harley Quinn. The plot follows Arthur, who is now institutionalized at Arkham, awaiting trial for his actions as the Joker. As he grapples with his two identities, Arthur discovers love and the music that has always resided within him, according to the synopsis.

Also joining Phoenix and Gaga in the cast are Brendan Gleeson, Catherine Keener and Zazie Beetz.
