Twisted Metal Season 2 First Look: Calypso’s Killer Tournament Begins in Explosive Clip (WATCH)

In a fresh sneak peek from Season 2 of Twisted Metal, Calypso (portrayed by Anthony Carrigan, a five-time Emmy Award nominee), launches an all-out automobile mayhem right off the bat. This vehicular competition he’s hosting promises to be as chaotic and destructive as ever. The winner will have their most coveted wish fulfilled without any hassle or questions. The clip, beautifully synchronized with Rob Zombie’s iconic “Dragula”, is even more intense than the season finale’s battle sequence.

The clip additionally introduces characters like John Doe (Anthony Mackie), Quiet (Stephanie Beatriz), Sweet Tooth (portrayed by both Joe Seanoa and Will Arnett), and Stu (Mike Mitchell). It also includes several beloved characters from the initial games: Dollface (Tiana Okoye), Mr. Grimm (Richard de Klerk), and the mechanically-gifted Axel (yet to be decided actor). The new recruit, Mayhem (Saylor Bell Curda), is eager to join the fray, but Quiet deliberately damages her car as she aims to shield a child from harm.

Here are some fresh characters joining the show: Lisa Gilroy from “Interior Chinatown” takes on the part of Vermin, Patty Guggenheim from “She-Hulk: Attorney at Law” will play Raven, and Michael James Shaw from “The Walking Dead” is yet to disclose his role.
