As a gamer who has spent countless hours immersed in the vibrant world of music, I must say that Tyla‘s TYLA + deluxe album is nothing short of a sonic journey that takes me on an exhilarating ride across the African continent. The blend of Amapiano and her unique R&B and pop style has me hooked from the very first note.
Emerging global sensation Tyla has unveiled an expanded edition of her first album, titled TYLA. This enhanced version, named TYLA +, incorporates three fresh tracks and includes collaborations with other prominent South African artists such as Tony Duardo, Optimist, and Maestro.
Introducing the world to Amapiano through their new album, Tyla kicks off with the track “SHAKE AH” in collaboration with DJ/producer Tony Duardo and singers Optimist and Maestro, followed by “Push 2 Start,” showcasing Tyla’s mix of R&B and pop sounds. The self-titled deluxe edition maintains the energy with Tyla singing in Zulu on “SHAKE AH.” Building on its existing popularity, “Push 2 Start” is a track produced by Ari PenSmith, Mocha Bands, Rayo, and Sammy Soso.
As a gamer, I’m pumped about my new album! It’s packed with some awesome collaborations like “No.1” with Tems, “Jump” with Gunna and Skillibeng, and “On My Body” with Becky G. Not to mention the chart-topping hit “Water,” which I’m super stoked about since it made me the highest-charting African female artist on both the Billboard Hot 100 and Billboard 200! And if that wasn’t enough, there’s even a Travis Scott remix of “Water” in there too. You can check out the deluxe version below to hear it all for yourself!
