How long is Butterbeer Season at Universal Studios theme parks?

Starting from March 1st to May 31st, 2025, the Butterbeer Season officially takes place in both parks. There’s no need for special tickets or reservations to enjoy the new goodies. However, each item is sold separately and can only be found at either Hogsmeade within Universal Islands of Adventure, Diagon Alley at Universal Studios Florida, or The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Universal Studios Hollywood.

What Butterbeer treats are available during the event?

At Universal Studios, visitors can still purchase Butterbeer beverages – available as cold, warm, or frozen varieties – within the Wizarding World of Harry Potter districts. For this special occasion, you’ll have an opportunity to buy a limited-edition Golden Stein as a keepsake once you’ve enjoyed your preferred serving.

In various ice cream stands scattered around the magical realm, you can find the beloved Butterbeer Popsicle, which will continue to be a delightful refreshment on sweltering park days, offering relief from the heat.

During this celebration and beyond, you can still buy the delightful Butterbeer desserts such as Butterbeer fudge, Butterbeer potted cream, and Butterbeer soft-serve ice cream, which are all stocked at Honeyduke’s. Enjoy!

This year’s Butterbeer season has introduced a new delight: the Butterbeer Cream Puff. It features a light pastry shell, adorned with a pool of whipped cream filled with Butterbeer-infused syrup. Inside, you’ll find a scoop of sweet but not overly so Butterbeer custard.
