In the game Monster Hunter Wilds, the kind of food consumed by players significantly influences their gaming experience. Each distinct ingredient provides a unique boost, impacting the way specific gameplay styles are experienced and overall performance.
In the game, there is a variety of ingredients available, and if you’d like to enhance a few additional abilities for your MH Wilds setup, consider consuming specific items that provide these skills instead. Here is a list of all the food buffs featured across the games thus far.
All Food and Meal Skills in Monster Hunter Wilds
At their disposal are numerous cooking options using different food and ingredient combinations, which they can prepare instantly at their base or using their portable barbecue grill. Additionally, if you have extra Meal Vouchers, you can visit the Grand Hub and request meals to be prepared for you as well.
Certain abilities may become active following a meal, whereas others might only occasionally become active after consuming specific meals or components.

Combining certain culinary abilities with defensive combat techniques can cumulatively amplify their impacts. To illustrate, possessing a Constitution level of 3 while consuming a meal designated for Black Belt Hi would equate to having a Constitution level of 5.

In contrast to past Monster Hunter experiences, I’m thrilled that fainting won’t wipe away my food buffs (except in rare cases). But remember, keep an eye on your food buff timer, as these benefits don’t last forever, with a maximum duration of 50 minutes.
