As a longtime follower of the Dhawan family’s journey, I must say that witnessing their growth and happiness is truly heartwarming. Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal’s bundle of joy has undeniably added a new dimension to their lives, and it’s evident that they are basking in the joy of parenthood.
This year in June, Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal became parents for the first time, welcoming a baby girl into their family. Since then, they’ve been overjoyed and floating on cloud nine. Interestingly, Varun’s niece Anjini Dhawan mentioned that the new arrival looks just like her dad.
Anjini Dhawan is now preparing for the launch of her first movie titled Binny and Family. In a recent chat with Filmygyan, she was queried about some guidance she’d like to offer to the newest member of the family – Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal’s baby girl.
In reply, the newcomer sported a smile and remarked, “I believe she simply needs to be herself. Given her tender age of only one month, there’s not much advice I can offer. She’s adorable, reminiscent of my brother, that’s all I have to say.”
In a quiet wedding in 2021, Varun and Natasha tied the knot. They revealed their pregnancy news back in February this year, sharing an endearing black-and-white photo. Their post read, “We’re expecting! Send us all your blessings and love #ourfamilystrength.” Several months passed, and eventually, Varun shared on his social media platform about the birth of their daughter on June 3, 2024.
For those unfamiliar, Anjini Dhawan is the grandchild of Anil Dhawan, who is David Dhawan’s brother. She is set to make her acting debut with Binny and Family. This film also features Pankaj Kapur, Himani Shivpuri, Rajesh Kumar, and Charu Shankar in important roles. The comedy-drama movie revolves around the generational divide. Written and directed by Ssanjay Tripaathy, it is scheduled to hit theaters on September 20, 2024.
Ahead on the screen, Varun Dhawan will appear in the film “Citadel: Honey Bunny,” directed by Raj & DK. Alongside him, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Kay Kay Menon, Sikandar Kher, and other notable actors will play significant roles. This Indian adaptation of an American series is set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on November 7.
Beyond this, I’m eagerly anticipating my next project, Baby John, under the skilled direction of Kalees. This hard-hitting action-entertainer boasts powerhouse performances from Wamiqa Gabbi and Keerthy Suresh in significant roles. Collaborating with Atlee, the director of Jawan, we’re aiming for a theatrical release on December 25, 2024.
