As a fervent admirer of Varun Dhawan, I find myself constantly inspired by his unwavering dedication to health and wellness. His recent revelation about giving up black coffee due to gut issues resonates deeply with me, as I too have experienced similar discomforts after indulging in the dark brew.
It’s clear from Varun Dhawan’s Instagram account that he’s passionate about maintaining both his physical and mental well-being. This dedication extends to his diet, as he pays close attention to what he eats and avoids. Recently, in a conversation, the actor mentioned giving up black coffee in the morning due to digestive issues. However, a nutritionist later disputed this claim. Now, Varun has responded to this professional, expressing gratitude that he can use Varun as an example to instruct others.
Recently, Varun Dhawan discussed with Ranveer Allahbadia that he no longer drinks black coffee due to acidity and digestive problems it causes for him. However, shortly afterwards, nutritionist Prashant Desai shared his criticism of Varun’s statements on Instagram stories.
Desai clarified in his statement that he has been drinking black coffee on an empty stomach after waking up for the past 15 years without any problems. He also stated, “It’s important to remember that everyone’s digestive system is unique, similar to fingerprints. It’s not accurate to claim that everyone will experience gut issues and acidity. Each person’s dietary needs are individual, so what doesn’t agree with one person doesn’t necessarily apply to everyone.
Shortly after, the debutant of Student Of The Year replied, stating that it didn’t suit him, but he was thankful it didn’t harm his health and he remains in excellent shape. He then pointed out that he had previously emphasized that it doesn’t work for everyone. “I appreciate you can use me as a case study to educate others, sir,” Varun said, “but could you also provide some advice? I’m always eager to learn from an expert,” he added enthusiastically.
During the interview, when the show’s host questioned Bhediya’s actor about his coffee habits, he confessed that while he once drank black coffee, he no longer does. Now, he prefers blonde roast as it is gentler on his digestive system. To explain, Varun mentioned that he gave up black coffee due to issues with his gut. He also suggested, “You know, if you begin your day with just black coffee, even without any digestive problems, it might still cause issues.” When the host admitted doing this, Varun cautioned against it.
As an ardent fan, I can’t help but share my thoughts on starting your day with black coffee. Frankly, it can bring about a lot of acidity for you. A better approach would be to have something first, then indulge in your coffee. Unfortunately, if you opt for black coffee in the morning, it could potentially have a negative impact on you. To add, the actor mentioned that coffee is essentially a false source of energy.
Currently, professionally speaking, Varun is engaged in the project titled “Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari” alongside Janhvi Kapoor.
