As a lifestyle expert with a keen eye for emerging talent, I am thrilled to see Anjini Dhawan stepping into the showbiz arena with her debut film, Binny And Family. Her strategic approach to learning from industry veterans like Varun Dhawan is commendable and speaks volumes about her wisdom beyond her years.
Anjini Dhawan, Varun Dhawan’s niece, is gearing up to make her acting debut in the film titled Binny And Family. As she prepares to enter the world of showbusiness, she’s learning tips from her uncle, the talented actor from Bhediya. In a recent interview, Anjini shared that she’s gaining valuable insights about marketing and PR strategies from Varun.
As a fervent admirer of the Dhawan dynasty, I couldn’t contain my excitement when I heard Anjini Dhawan share her experiences in an interview with The Indian Express. She divulged that she frequently engages in deep discussions about films and publicity with none other than Varun Dhawan, my favorite Bawaal actor!
She noted that brainstorming with the actor from Student of The Year is exciting because he often generates creative and amusing ideas. For her, it’s delightful to engage in discussions with Varun as he consistently provides insightful guidance. During their recent conversation, she shared insights about the recommendations she received from Varun, director David Dhawan, and her grandfather Anil Dhawan.
In sharing this, Anjini disclosed that they encouraged her to speak truthfully and boldly. For years, these artists have been part of the film industry, and they advised her that whenever she delivers her lines, she should be sincere in her response, both to herself and what she is expressing. They told Anjini, “Trust in what you’re saying, and you’ll do well.” The upcoming movie, which highlights the differences in understanding between youth and elders, also features veteran actor Pankaj Kapur.
During an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Shahid Kapoor’s father, discussing their shared project IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack, spoke about Anjini Dhawan’s experience working with them. He noted that she hails from a film family and thus had some understanding of the movie industry and filmmaking. This wasn’t entirely foreign to her, which contributed to her confidence on set. Furthermore, he highlighted that she knew more than the average young actor her age, making for an easy collaboration.
