She explained, “‘They told me it was just inflammation, not actual fat.’ So, they put me on a diet to reduce the inflammation, which is called elimination of inflammation. It worked wonderfully for me, and I lost weight quickly because they removed foods that weren’t good for me. Interestingly, I had been a vegetarian my entire life, but I didn’t realize that spinach and bottle gourd were not suitable for me.

The actress, aged 45, stressed the point that certain vegetables might not agree with everyone. She advised that each person should discover what dietary choices are best for their unique body. What benefits one person might not have the same effect on another.

She admitted, “For the first time in years, I haven’t exercised at all.
