The nostalgia trip back to an alternate 1999 with its unique blend of romance, music, action, and core Warframe gameplay is simply exhilarating.
If you’ve been eagerly waiting for the latest chapter in Warframe’s storyline, the time has come – Warframe: 1999 is now live! This exciting update brings four fresh mission types and a multitude of surprises to keep you hooked. Among other things, you can embark on a solo adventure with a new Quest or meet the 59th Warframe, Cyte-09.
In the newest version of Warframe, prepare for a time travel adventure to an alternate 1999 where you’ll defend the city of Höllvania from the Scaldra army and Techrot infestation. Additionally, the recently announced 59th Warframe, Cyte-09, offers a peek-through-walls feature for surprise attacks on enemies, or you can experiment with the new assault rifle Reconifex and secondary pistol Vesper 77 instead.
Here are the new tasks for Höllvania City that come with various environments. You could be competing in a relay against your friends-turned-rivals in the PvPvE Faceoff, or protecting the Hell-Scrubbers from the influence of Techrot corruption within Hell-Scrub.
